Is Norilsk like Elena Chernyshova portraited it?
Of course we can't deny that we have our own issues, and that some of them are really important, but we don't think everything is as boring, melancholic, miserable, sad, unhappy, gloomy, dejected, downhearted, despondencic, dispiritednessed, low spirited, morosenesseed, discouraged as in Elena Chernyshova images.
Norilsk is not as depressing as in Elena Chernyshova photographs.
Is Norilsk a graveyard?

Is Norilsk depressing? Is Norilsk a graveyard?
None of them. Norilsk people know how to have fun. Norilsk people are full of life.
